Duterte abuses his legal system to target his critics, again. Never thought that our credibility to push back on this kind of abuse of power would be so diminished.

LOL. Nice article , You don't even know what really happened why he's getting arrested. He should've been in jail since then because of treason. It's not just because he's a president's most prominent critic as you say so.

Hey Troll! Not sure if you're from the Philippines but we know that Trillanes was granted amnesty. Duterte can't take an amnesty granted by a former president. Amnesties aren't co-terminus. Ano ba?

Troll?

Sorry for calling you a troll. You dont deserve that, apologies. Anyway, when we deal with laws, once napawalang sala ka or pardoned, wala ka nang kasalanan unless appealed and verdict was turned around. In this case, our constitution tells us that an amnesty given

Is not co-terminus with the president who gave it. Gets? Oo, may point ka na msy kasalanan sya dati pero napawalang sala dahil sa amnesty na binigay at inapplyan nya successfully. So ibig sabihin, yung Oakwood and other uprising na ginawa nya is already given amnesty.

So tell me, betqeen the two of us, who looks at the issue with objectiveness and neutrality. I base my reactions on the Philippine Constitution. I won't fet it if you'll tell me that there's something more neutral than that.

You know nothing. The Amnesty issued was null and void in the beginning for non compliance to supposed requirements.

There's a video of him applying for the amnesty that contains a sworn admission of guilt. https://youtu.be/OwseQmeQSI0  It suddenly conveniently missing? Then the AFP has some explaining to do.
