Yes. Unlike on the East Coast, there must be public access here. He can own up to where the terrestrial land ends and because he owns *that* land, he thinks he doesn’t have to let people cross it to get to the beach. But they can go by boat

If he wins, large stretches of Public Beaches in CA will become off limits to Americans. This has bee tried by the Rich before. 1% should not be able to close off Public Beaches ever. Fight on CA. Keep Public Beaches open for all Americans
