This is the inevitable outcome of the politics and policies of fear, divisiveness, and press vilification under authoritarianism. We must never normalize or accept the slow erosion of our freedoms and human decency.

How can we help let Aung San Suu Kyi and the generals know that this is not acceptable? That jailing journalists is not ending genocide, that justice is not avoidable? In the meantime, look on the clothing and jewelry labels. #BoycottMyanmar #Myanmar

While taking action on Rohingyas many countries were quietly standing with myanmar. Because Rohingyas were considered extremist. Myanmar started proceedings against journalists instead of terrorists. Journalists should be freed immediately.

What type of monkey-State is @Myanmar? No western or other civilised country should have anything to do with @Myanmar unless and until it’s archaic laws are revoked and the innocent set free. We wasted our time supporting @OfficialSuuKyi if this type of justice gets served!

It's sad to see real journalists go to prison there while nothing but propagandists of the #FakeNewsMedia here that deserve time in prison can still put forth all their lies about @POTUS @realDonaldTrump. Can you imagine if he really was what they repeatedly say he is?

Many people says muslims are terrorist. Open ur eyes! Muslim is the main victim of terrorism. Gaza & rohingya is more than enough to legitimate my statement. U can keep spitting story about isis, isil and other conspiracy shit, but the real muslim always been the victim.
