Bc no one is listening & addressing the bullying on campuses. Instead the abused is blamed.

Exactly right. No one asks the kids why they are acting out. Because no one wants to hear the truth. So the kids get punished for displaying their human response to their ‘secrets’.

Teens this troubled are often sufferers of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) caused by myriad of potential harms dome to them from birth onwards. To combat trauma by applying yet more is imbecilic on a grand scale.

Parents are desperate. Many cannot handle having their child live with them. These are damaged youth - they already on their way to drug abuse & untreated mental. Large group facilities can never work because these kids need one on one kinds of treatment. And they will fight care

One thing is clear: the US doesn’t address child abuse in any form. Whether is at home, school, church, or at the border. Embarrassing
