Meghan McCain’s speech contrasted her father’s legacy with the “opportunistic appropriation” and “cheap rhetoric from men who will never come near the sacrifice he gave so willingly.”https://nyti.ms/2PVZxy7

she is her father's daughter and spoke from her gut and heart..I applaud her honesty and courage to say what so many others in powerful positions should and did..time to make it real even in the most sorrowful moments.

No hate is greater than the one that comes from a sick bed and a funeral service, so unimaginable.

If that's all you got from her eulogy to her father, and from the other speakers, you should join Trump on the golf course. That's the trouble, you folks lack common decency. She just lost her father

Politics and media chose to turn a funeral into a political side show, showing today's politics and media has no LOWS they won't go. The American people had the same view. It's a sad time in American politics when a funeral is used to take CHEAP jabs at our @POTUS LEFT LOSERS!

Really sarah palin needed an invitation. Thats such bs. How many ppl showed up outside the cathedral to show their respect for john mccain they didnt get an invite. How sad u think invitations needed to be sent out for her to show respect to the man who served his country

Yeah..bold....bold face LIES. Daddy’s girl, stick to honouring (if possible!!) her father, not cheapening the whole thing for a swipe at the President.

How sad of you. She was talking about America and American greatness. Doesn’t that mean anything to you besides slavish obeisance to Trump? Her father would have been very proud of his daughter. Nothing cheap about it or her. I feel for you, buddy. Really.

we’ll agree to disagree on that 1. Funerals are for honouring the dead...not for cheap shots at Presidents -no matter who they are.
