In the audio of one robocall placed on Friday and obtained by The New York Times, a man pretending to be Andrew Gillum can be heard talking in the exaggerated accent of a minstrel performer.https://nyti.ms/2PtCVnw

Florida voters need to know who is behind this awful thing....and they need to know it before November.

But remember: racism "doesn't exist", #Birtherism and effigy lynchings of Obama either never happened or were "no big deal", and Liberals just need to "lighten up" and learn to laugh as Nazis chant "Jew will not replace us!" while wearing MAGA hats. NEVER. And #NeverAgain

#neveragain I lost my father’s family (grandparents and 13 aunts and uncles) in Auschwitz. It IS NOT going to happen here to ANYONE — not on my watch. I owe it to those who were systematically slaughtered in NAZI Germany to make sure of that. Peace to you✌️ #resist

This is shameful. Racism is a feature of the GOP, not a bug. I don’t want young people to think that this behavior is acceptable, it’s disgusting.

The words of Dr. King and all the fine leaders of the free world we heard yesterday have to inspire us now. Keep the peace. Change the world. "America is better than this." REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER

Why wouldn’t he know what the confederate flag stood for unless he didn’t pass 7th grade American history. Traitors rose up against their own country in the name of slavery. It’s not a hard lesson to grasp.

I find myself thinking some of the thoughts I have about our current situation are just hyperbole. They aren't. You are right and it is hard to realize that you aren't overreacting, but more people need to come to that realization.
