Former President George W. Bush's eulogy for John McCain: "If we are ever tempted to forget who we are, to grow weary of our cause, John’s voice will always come as a whisper over our shoulder: We are better than this. America is better than this."https://nyti.ms/2wAoqqR

I was thinking the same thing when I hit retweet. I think regardless of what your political affiliation is John McCain did what he intended today, he made us remember we are all Americans and we are all on the same team. We don’t have to agree with ea other just respect ea other

Where was John McCain to tell Bush “we are better than this” when Dubya and his neocons were cooking up a war against Iraq based on lies and fear? Oh yeah, he was helping cheer on that same war.

Those were the days we only disagreed w each other about how the country and world should run. Today we disagree on moral character. It turns out that many of us think it is a priority. Moral character is, rightfully so, the soul of our country.

Reporters should attend WH press conferences but ask Sarah different questions. Ask her leading questions & trigger her, because right now everyone in this administration is ripe for a slip up, she’s scared, they all are. Mueller Time...
