We have to start acting from a baseline assumption that our federal judiciary and SCOTUS has been fundamentally compromised to advance overt political goals since at least 2000, if not further. The corruption of the @gop is far deeper than we as a society are ready to comprehend.

Look at how hard the GOP in Congress is working to ensure that there is no investigations into anything. People keep saying it’s bc the Russians got to them too, but I doubt it’s that. Theyve all been self dealing for yrs, and it includes vast swaths of the judiciary too. /2

Executive privilege? Aren't we entitled to know what's going on? Kavanaugh is Trump's "get out of jail free card," that's why he wants a rush job of getting him confirmed. Please, some GOPer, vote NO.

If there’s that much information that needs to be protected, perhaps this man’s name should be withdraw. Too much secrecy for a lifetime appt! #Kavanaugh

I'm with you. From a purely logical point of view - it's an absurd proposition. They REFUSED to even meet with #MerrickGarlind and yet they're cool with placing 100K pieces of #KavaNOPE record under "Executive Privilege" & rushing the hearings/confirmation???? This is insane!

Release ALL DOCS! What are they hiding? 🧐 🇷🇺 Russia already using Kavanaugh's statements to justify case dismissal in the Russian probe. May be in coordination with team Trump. Case Doc-https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4600404-Dismiss-Case.html …

Executive Privilege? Executive Privilege for a Supreme Court Nominee? You know what’s a privilege? Serving the citizens of the United States! If Kavanagh himself doesn’t turnover the documents requested he should immediately be disqualified as a Supreme Court Justice nominee.

If the Executive has the privilege to abuse his power, then the People have the privilege to overthrow via impeachment. The White House can pat itself on the back for revealing to the public that's there's something about Kavanaugh that would damage society.

#TraitorInChief is petrified of #Dems controlling the house and possibly the senate. They're pulling out all the stops and finding new ways to cheat. So sick of feeling like we're being held hostage.
