        I have Chinese friends and what I understand from then is that it's hardly the video games fault. The Chinese students have really high pressure upon them from a far too younger age to succeed in academics. It more likely due to the close ups of the physics book until midnight😂

        Our eyes make a sort of elliptical orbit around games, phones, tablets, laptops, and TV screens during every waking hour. Scapegoating one over the rest makes little sense.

        I read a paper saying that it was due to the urbanization. Before our vision could go far but because of the building, etc., our vision is shortened so we don't train some "muscles"(?) and are more likely to have myopia.
