"The idea, suggested by some this week, that Louis C.K. has 'served his time' is very funny, because of course he hasn’t experienced what that usually means, which is going to prison," writes @amandahesshttps://nyti.ms/2PiHhhg

Tell me immediately @nytimes what Louis C.K. did that was a imprisonable offence. Or do you just throw around claims like “should be imprisoned” without even thinking?

Sir, masturbating in front of women without their consent, is a crime. If you don't believe it's a crime, find a woman in public and do the same thing and see what happens. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I never said he did nothing wrong, you know that right? Also, he didn’t do that in public, that’s wrong. From what I heard, he didn’t masturbate in front of woman w/o their consent he got his d**k out in front of them w/o their consent, still bad but different.

He asked concent & got it. Whilst he may have put the women in a position he should not have he did nothing to jail him for. Let audiences vote on his comeback. I won't be myself but he is entitled to do what he wants.

Louis C.K. is a smart guy-Find another line of work! Being successful doesn't mean being famous, infamous, or nothing at all. You are capable-find a new job-support your family, but never ask a favor, or, expect a break from anyone from your old life-the one you wreaked! Move on!

America acts as if actions have no consequences. If u r a white man, that is. DJT proves my point. Louis CK doesn’t get to be the “aggrieved victim” without really understanding the effects of his actions on other HUMAN BEINGS. He decided his actions. Deal, dude.

Grow up! He fcked up and apologized, what more u want? A lot of plp think he’s funny wanna see him perform, just because u think it’s morally taboo doesn’t mean society shouldn’t get to enjoy his work.

We live in an age where sensitive people put CK in the same corner as Weinstein. He was excommunicated for 9 months and checked to see if people still wanted to hear what he had to say. He was the first to admit his deeds.

I understand YOUR outrage-I'm a father of 2 girls that have also suffered. But does #Louisck ever deserve a 2nd chance in this country supposedly of forgiveness and 2nd chances or is career completely over? How long is 2long & who decides? My advice: if it offends you, ignore him

the guy has issues that he needs to address, I don't think someone should be condemned for 'eternity' for stuffing up. There are people with high moral standards who cannot get passed sexual misconduct, this is a mistake because 'offenders' need help and support just like victims

That’s because it isn’t illegal to jerk off in front of adult women who have consented, even if it offends them.
