Such a horrid, heart-wrenching story of miscommunications and failures to address the immediate needs of victims as well as to utilise the volunteers who just waited to be useful. My heart goes out to those affected, particularly to Wayne and his family.

#HurricaneHarvey We didn’t have any personal loss but sad being so many lives suffered. Wish the city will come up with zoning regulations. Doubt if it would have helped with that torrential rainfall but still feels better having more grass than concrete!pic.twitter.com/wxF972QFgc
