The proposed rules, obtained by The New York Times, narrow the definition of sexual harassment, holding schools accountable only for formal complaints filed through proper authorities and for conduct said to have occurred on their campuseshttps://nyti.ms/2Pjv5Nb

When women fail women, the cycle of shoving victims into the shadows of silence will continue. She is a menace & mocks the very word education with every idiot policy/comment she has implemented #VoteThemOut due process is already protected under the 5th & 14 Amendment clauses

We live in a society where people choose victim shaming & blaming more than the pursuit of an actual perpetrator. Maybe because it’s just to awful to accept or process. I don’t know or understand the physiology of why this happens.

Knowing someone personally who was assaulted sexually on camps and was discouraged from reporting, so of course no charges filed and predictor still free to assault others. I have strong doubts on this. All assaults should be reported to police period!

A crime should be reported, not to a college campus, but to authorities. Title 9 has been a terrible thing that has eliminated due process.
