        300 million at a low 6% a year interest gives you over a Billion alone with NO MOVES at all in 19 years.. Factor in the rise in real-estate prices in NYC from 1999 to 2018.... I'm guessing he got it from those two things..

        No, I'm saying his Father who bought property initially in the 1970's for little to nothing, was a brilliant businessman. Trump just inherited a Realestate & Monetary fortune. And then road it to the top. I mean I'd hope that if someone gave you 300 mill in 1999 you'd be rich..
