        Protectionist? But plant protein is not meat... meat is animal flesh/animal protein. (And milk is obtained from mammary glands of mammals).

        YES THIS IS MY BRAND also this is absolutely protectionism, the idea that the meat industry has any "trust" left with consumers in absurd, lab-grown meat alternatives are the future since industrial farming fucked the planet in the first place

        I really don't understand why vegan products try so hard to look like animal based products. They should not try to be identical because one of the purposes of veganism is to demonstrate that you can live from other sources. If not, they should emulate the blood too.

        the purpose of veganism is to avoid animal exploitation. many vegans still like the taste of meat, but simply don't want to support the exploitation of all these animals. it's not that confusing

        I know, thats why I said one of "the" purposes and not the *main* purpose. Thay people would never find a similar taste in those products unless they add to many chemicals and artificial colors to every single thing.
