$210,000 in fines?! Seriously? How much extra rent was stolen by pushing out rent-controlled tenants? $210,000 in fines is an insult to struggling New Yorkers.pic.twitter.com/E2VSyetOxB

When will shoplifters and bank robbers be allowed to put back the stuff they got caught stealing, and pay a fine -- with no other consequences?

When their names are Kushner and Trump. And the fine? In the end they write that off as a cost of doing business.

A bank robber is stealing the bank's insured money. Kushner was mercilessly fucking over poor people. I want to live in a society that locks up bank robbers for 10 years, and locks up people who prey on the poor for 20!

I will support you but I am afraid we will be "peeing in the breeze" as far as getting that handled. What really gets me is how Jared #lyinKushner is traveling all over the Middle East supposedly brokering peace when in reality he is seeking money to keep his family propped up.

This whole administration is a smash-and-grab operation, like racing in to loot an Apple store.

I wish it was an Apple store but with the tax cut and all of the crooks like Mulvaney, DeVos, Ross, Mnuchin, Pai,, etc, in charge of departments the place they are looting is the US Treasury. One of these day when we total up what these greedy f**ks have stolen we will be sick

The only consolation might be a takedown of the GOP as a criminal enterprise funded with illegal foreign money, and new laws to prevent it in the future. Seems like a free society must always suffer painfully before gaining a consensus to stop these things from happening again.

I hope that you are right. I keep apologizing to my children because they are going to have to clean up the mess that is being made now. The biggest problem going forward is income inequality. The rich are creating a government ruled by an oligarchy which I didn't sign up for.

Even when you call 311 & #HPD they close the cases & reports without sending a inspector to building & this is the official #NYC #Gov @nycgov administration doing this, allowing for slumlords to getaway by closing reports without a follow up or sending a inspector @BilldeBlasio
