We are getting Kavanaugh whether you like him or not.

May I ask, what exactly you like about Kavanaugh? What past rulings, writings, etc??? Or is it the mere fact that Democrats don't like him?

This is Twitter. It’s 140-280 characters. It’s not a substitute for law review articles or judicial opinions, much less Senate confirmation hearings. You can read about Kavanaugh as easily as I can. The point is, the Senate Republicans will confirm him.

It appears your point was...nah nah nah nah nah... I didn't ask for a copy of an article or opinion. A year/title will suffice, even a synopsis. I have read about Kavanaugh. It is the very reason I asked the question. Something else, I'm sure you're quite aware of.

I know one thing. If he appoints that insensitive twit Kelli Ward then the Senate needs to stand as one and refuse to seat her. I don't care what her politics are but for her to say that McCain's near death announcement was timed to hurt her campaign tells me all I need to know.
