What will Democrats do, when judges rely on the law and stop legislating from the bench?

Did you read the article? Trump and the Federalist Society have embraced "legislating from the bench." They just want that legislation to be conservative.

I stopped reading the NY Times when they hired a racist editor. But 20 years of watching the 9th circuit butcher the constitution at the direction of their masters at the DNC is all you need to now about how the left has abused the judicial branch

Your headline is disingenuous. Mitch McConnell stole those judgeships. He refused to allow @BarackObama judges to be placed. The GOP now the GOPP Grand Old Putin Party have to go.

When it becomes clear that Donald & @gop conspired with Russia to win this election & others including voter suppression, stealing emails, hacking & gerrymandering, etc, all judicial appointments shall be impeached.

The long game will still destroy them. They can completely eradicate the Democrats as they exist now, and their corrupt tendencies will still lead them to ruin. Scandal will continue to expand and ooze out. Truth is a pesky and relentless thing.
