It has always being like this. The reputation of the institution is far much important than seeking justice for the victims. This is why its important to empower communities who are aware of these things and can stand to demand accountability and justice.

I am proud to be Catholic but no longer find organized rules within the Church to bring me peace. It has been a sad number of years.

To ensure male dominance over women and children. Time to turn it all over to the nuns. Or, better yet, leave and be your own person.

Time and time again the RC church has been exposed as a corrupt organization, completely unable to protect the vulnerable and the innocent from their own agents, and never ever to be trusted with their care again.

Isn't this another instance of religious hypocricy? Buddhist monks in Thailand live high life, sex scandals across the Christian landscape, violent incidents among religion of peace. Why have religious people ?

Priests are not ordained by God they remain ordinary men after Ordination and God does not go through them to change bread and wine into his Body and Blood. I cannot accept such men, but I do believe in the Divinity of Our Lord.
