It is actually unbelievable the things that this President can say and do and face relatively little in the way of consequences. I find it hard to think of any previous political leader who was so bulletproof.

This is an explicit admission that there is a cover-up going on. Else, there would be nothing for Manafort to be "broken" about.

Break? You make it sound like Manafort was being tortured I guess being convicted in a court of law is “unlawful” torture. Only unlawful thing about the trial was him tampering with witnesses. “Refusing” to break means he’s hiding something&you want him silent to protect yourself

It may be the saddest fact of this whole debacle @realDonaldTrump would praise a convicted criminal because he didn't break. Why on earth Mr. Trump would you have to worry about people 'breaking' when you have "nothing to hide"?

Sounds like an admission of guilt to me. He just thanked him for not giving him up . Guess who's getting pardoned.

Praise for a felon that didn’t break? What sacrifice Manafort has made! How about American hero John McCain who didn’t break? How everyone cannot not see what type of person we have in the WH is beyond me.

A promised pardon is all Manafort needed to keep quiet about Trump. One criminal supporting another. And the un American Trump supporters go marching on. I really am at a loss as to why they are loyal to him.

Trump is praising Manafort for claiming his non guilt. He is a criminal no wonder Trump likes him. I thought he was draining the swamp. All I see about Trump is that he is vulgar, stupid, embarassing, and a disgrace to the office of the presidency

Why would a president, think about who this exactly is in the big picture, the U.S. president, PRAISE A CONVICTED FELON?

For someone who talks about Clean Coal, it makes perfect sense to praise a convicted criminal, in The Upside Down world....
