They definitely do play classical music in ‘some’ stations. Have heard at Victoria, Brixton and Tottenham.

Only ever heard it at Brixton tube. But to be fair, most of us usually have headphones in, heads down, trying desperately not to make eye contact with the buskers or each other.

Vauxhall station definitely does on match days, Brixton, Wood Green, Manor House stations too. Don’t think it’s played on the platforms but ticket entrances and walkways
