President Trump claimed that coal was “indestructible,” that West Virginia had one of the strongest state economies and that the U.S. was the “cleanest country in the planet.” None of that was true.https://nyti.ms/2w0vH32

West Virginia's GDP ranks 40th and it's GDP per capita is 49th. Only Mississippi is worse. So... no.

As a resident of WV it is absolutely untrue that we have a "strong State economy". Most of us wish terribly that was a fact. WV ranks in the bottom ten (10) States for GDP and has been worsening while Trump has been in office...taking his WV voters for granted.

At every rally Trump reminds me of 'Mussolini', the thinking is to steer the minds of Americans away from what's the right thing to do for their future, do what's good for them now, and it works, their immediate needs outweighs what is false or true, they don't or deny to see it.

"None of that was true." We should simply end any and all reporting of White House statements with this phrase.

I am beginning to doubt this isn’t a dream. There is no way this guy could be president, right? We can’t be this crazy. The alarm clock will wake us up soon. What a strange, disturbing dream.
