          Until this year, I had NEVER heard of a hurricane in the Pacific Ocean. Anybody else notice that? Pacific hurricanes, record temps EVERYWHERE, & the western states are burning...and the air quality is becoming hazardous. Climate change is REAL, and it ain't no joke.

          Not sure how I might have come off sarcastic in my previous statement. What I'm seeing on the news isn't being labeled a "typhoon." Never used to hear about anything big in the Pacific unless it was on the other side of the globe, heading for Japan, and never cat5.
