        You know these “foreign” places are tough on him. HI is “surrounded by warter, BIG warter! It’s an ISLAND!” Who knew? Even if his staff explains HI to him, there’s no guarantee he’ll retain the information, with his Sundowning and all. He probably thinks they don’t speak English!
