A Harvard professor called coconut oil “pure poison” in a video. Not everyone takes such a harsh stand.https://nyti.ms/2ByyfdS

Agreed with both of you. I am on a Keto diet because of all the chemicals saturated in grains (including vegetable and palm oil). No wonder the FDA had that grain fed diet at the top of the food pyramid . They are poisoning us and making us slaves to pharmaceuticals.

Yeah olive oil is gold! It is full of antioxidants. It's one of the few things that lowers LDL and helps raise HDL cholesterol, it is rich in phenolics a substance from plants that helps make blood less likely to clot.

I put as much faith in this as I do in big pharma..zero. Many proven health benefits of coconut oil. Do your own research and stop living by whatever doctors and big pharma tell you is good/bad for you. God is smarter than Harvard. @drjoshaxe https://draxe.com/coconut-oil-benefits/ … #coconutoil

God? Did he write a research paper we should know about? Or is the implication that because coconut oil is "natural" it has to be good? 😵😵 Because we all know nothing from the earth could ever kill us. 😂

No sir. No research required from the almighty creator. Just encouraging you to do your own research rather than believing everything your doctors, big pharma or professors tell you is truth. Not everything natural is good, but #natural > #synthetic pretty much every time 😉
