All Trump knows is scams and how to hurt America. He's not making America great he's lining his pockets with money destroying America for Russia and what does the GOP do? Nothing. They just stand by and watch this sociopath destroy democracy.

This madness with the tariffs needs to stop before it really damages our economy.

Trump’s call for higher Trade Tariffs on Chinese imports makes for good sound bites at his speeches and the like; however, in the final analysis they’re only good to point up what a true paper tiger President Trump really is.

Majority of trade deficit is result of American companies manufacturing goods overseas. When finished products are shipped back to US it's considered an import. Hence we "import" more than we export. Ans: It's US companies screwing us a la cheap labor, outsourcing mfg jobs.

Now you understand what tariffs fix. They are also used as a bargaining chip in unilateral trade deals.

Also while tariffs are affecting the US consumer when purchasing daily goods, the Fed is increasing interest rates which will Drive debt even higher making it more difficult to pay back creditors in a timely matter. This is not good.
