After a grand jury report named a trusted Pittsburgh priest, now dead, as a sexual abuser, parishioners are frustrated by how little they will ever know about what happened.https://nyti.ms/2Pl3BYs

Hundreds of years of pedophilia out of the Catholic Church contaminating children and their ancestors. I see the Catholic Church as a sanctuary for Pedophiles hiding behind religiosity to commit criminal acts against the world and their children.

Watch the movie Spotlight, this will give the parishioners what has been happening in the churches for many, many, many years!

Isn’t it time to admit parishioners have been groomed right along with their children? This is a FEATURE of the priesthood not a bug.

Because you don't know enough to make you run away from these horror houses called churches. Quit, don't ever take your children near these people. You knew it all along and refused to believe it. You're a scared accomplice and put your kids in harms way to serve evil predators.

Ironically, it is obvious that the parishioners knew EVERYTHING that happened, but told each other none of it. Because the priesthood INSTILLED their SHAME for what it does, MEDIATING the silence, by making its victims feel more guilt & fear than the guilty.

A spot in the Bible speaks a lot about light & darkness, making observations about corruption by using the physical science of optics an apt metaphor. People, secular & religious, should read it now. Clearly written for times like this; grasping, correcting and avoiding them.

Abolish celibacy and ordain women. That’s the only way the Catholic church can achieve meaningful reform & restore faith in the church. This is a worldwide abomination. #EndCelibacy #OrdainFemalePriests

It's not just celibacy. And there is a very good reason why Church forbids priests to marry. The greedy eye coveting others' children would shift to covering their parents', their own future's, wealth, to benefit priesthood's own children— who, like Borgia's, enter politics.

Priests that abuse kids need to be in prison. Don’t trust the church. Report abuse to the police.
