The U.S. and Mexico are making progress on Nafta, but talks still exclude Canada — a surprising outcome for the country that has long been America’s closest political and economic partnerhttps://nyti.ms/2BlyVmX

So you like losing money on trade? You would rather the old way where we go into debt consistently?

It’s amazing how many Democrats would rather Americans suffer than support the trade fight simply because of who’s Pres

I see that Canada and USA are no longer friends. Time for Canada to build a stronger military to defend against Americans.

In 1998 I was only 8 years old and I wanted to be an American citizen one day. I went to university to learn about your institutions and as a tourist I visited 35 of your 50 states. I’ve always defended America’s reputation. What happened?

Our government checks and balances haven’t worked. Our president was installed by Putin. Russia is still messing with our elections. Our president is bought by Putin. We are fighting for our democracy. Please bare with us.

To be fair - your checks and balances aren’t really built for a rush job. It’s not about that though - I think the worst thing would be to keep walking down this road of Right vs. Left.

Like I said it is a mess and we have to fight or we lose our democracy. Hopefully it want take forever to fix. It put light on a lot of underlying tension. It will get better. Hopefully we can keep our treasured allies.
