Elon Musk also clarified that his tweet about taking Tesla private at $420 was not a marijuana reference. Instead, he said he wanted a roughly 20% premium over where the stock had recently been trading, and rounded up. https://nyti.ms/2BjY3u5 pic.twitter.com/rU3IEwwBiM

Correction: An earlier version of this tweet said Elon Musk missed his brother’s wedding. He didn’t. He nearly missed his brother’s wedding. We deleted the earlier tweet.

I am not tweeting this from an iPhone - it is from my personal laptop and I have more empathy for my fellow American Citizens in Puerto Rico and Flint, MI, who are still suffering from the effects of a major hurricane and contaminated water.

That’s fine, it’s possible to feel empathy for both at the same time, in fact I would argue that it’s imperative. Elon has contributed far more to those causes than the vast majority yet he elicits no sympathy bc he was successful? I just don’t get it
