Not true. Folks have valid reasons for their beliefs. All folks do. Perhaps we should listen to them.

What if their religion commands them to kill non-believers, should we listen?

That command could perhaps be the law of Abraham that extremist Christian believers adhere too. We aren't living in ancient history.

I'm not singling out any one religion, but many people use their religious beliefs to justify murder, homophobia, sexism, racism, etc. I don't think we should respect or listen to them in that case.

Um, so to all those who are judging her, would you say the same thing if she were Japanese? In their culture, they bow. Some might combine a bow and handshake but some might prefer to bow only. Please educate yourselves of different cultures. It’s respect. It’s never about you.

There are people who will absolutely not handshake anyone because they fear germs. We should learn to respect people’s choices and not be offended by it. Let’s stop this unnecessary phobia of religious practices and cultures.

The business had a gender equality policy. Her actions were against their values. Why should they employ sexist people just because they’re sexist because of their religion.

You can tell a lot by a handshake, even more with someone’s eyes when they are shaking your hand, it shows character.

Sometimes that handshake shows how deceptive character can be.
