Salmon soufflé. It’s easy - just do exactly what she says. When you make one of her recipes, you can hear her talking in your head.

I learned cooking through Julia Child's shows and was lucky enough to meet her, and have lunch with her in her famous Cambridge kitchen. A wonderful person and one of my true heroes!
