Fire the whole coaching staff, charge them with neglect & sue them!

No firing of the coach? You can' get any weaker than this. Why don't they just literally fire the water boy.

Firing the water boy over heat exhaustion isn't a good idea. Maybe hire two. This mistake is made too often in HS and College ball.

Wasn't being literal but yep, lot of research medically on hydration & heat exhaustion available if they cared.

How is the sports medicine team still intact?! If he showed signs and symptoms then passed away 2wks later, he had 14+ interactions where he was still showing S&S. This is a failure at every level and the strength coach is not solely responsible. Sports Med needs to speak up.

Young football players have died or gotten extremely ill all over the country this year at both the highschool and college level do to workouts in extreme heat. Isn't it time to totally redo the workout practice in light of global warming at temps over 100 all over the country?

You might want to get your facts straight. The AD said they had parted ways with one individual and when the reporter asked who, the AD said “the person we have parted ways with is head strength and conditioning coach Rick Court.” Fire was never used. You should quote correctly

Are you his best friend? Why are you replying to every single tweet that says he was fired? Bit petulant.

Because I like accuracy. As a news outlet, they too should be concerned with correctly quoting.

If you go visit Maryland stay away from P.G county and montgomery county, you'll get robbed in both just in different ways.
