America’s bikers are divided over President Trump’s war with Harley-Davidson. But even if they think he's wrong on trade, many still love Trump anyway.https://nyti.ms/2MpQZ3q

As hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts converged upon South Dakota for a massive biker rally, President Trump’s influence was palpable. https://nyti.ms/2MpQZ3q pic.twitter.com/7oITknWglG

Among the attendees was Gary Rathburn, who rode into town on the 40th Harley he has owned. It is likely to be his last. http://nyti.ms/2MpQZ3q pic.twitter.com/JCIoaFtKck

Why do you care what bikers think? Our intellectual debate on right and wrong is now at the biker level? Even they would think that's crazy! There are serious problems that need to be addressed and we have #BenedictDonald for President. Focus on why the GOP sold out America?pic.twitter.com/cUP1Pg2Lpj

Serious question: Given your Sicilian and Hungarian heritage, do you appreciate why the EU introduced retaliatory tariffs after Trump started a small trade war and why Harley responded by moving production of bikes destined for the EU to somewhere outside the US?

I don't think it's so much that they love him as that they are afraid to say that they made a mistake because that would be admitting that they made a mistake and that would be embarrassing.

No they love him. Tons of racist bikers supporting a racist president. The racism is strong in these guys . They’ll support trump as long as he keeps up the racist stuff even if it comes at the expense of their livelihoods being diminished.

Many bikers are veterans who only chose Harley because the military did, now not being made in US the military may end that relationship. Veterans will choose for themselves,
