        Yeah, it was definitely humor as a coping mechanism for what was soon to happen. Probably what he did most of his adult life. A lot of people don't see that this guy was easily a lot of us. Not enough pay, breaking your back, trying to stay positive. The desperation was strong.

        Many questions - I’m sure the @NTSB investigation will ultimately be a definitive source on the incident - on a human level, saddened and touched by the CVR - but thankful that the tragedy was at least limited.

        A friend told me had this crazy man was black or brown—u.s. service forces would have shot him and the plane down...but, he was white so they were willing to talk him down...really! (2)
