Republicans have voter ID laws, and lots of democratic primaries still remain closed and/or require registration months before the actual voting day. Neither party sufficiently stands for voting rights

Both siding don't cut it. We need closed primaries to keep the primary winner our choice. Registration cutoffs can be changed. This is on the Trumpers, not "both sides"

So we should also disenfranchise the 40% of voters that are independents?

It's time for double ballots to ensure quality assurance for the Presidential Vote. One paper ballot. One electronic or punch ballot. Count the electronic/punch votes. Recount the paper ballots. Compare.

changing.. that's an understatement! He thinks everyone who doesn't support him is the enemy. He doesn't think we should vote. He thinks he should be KING. King S..T maybe. Carter with big inflation and the Iran hostage crisis was a better President than this guy will ever be.

I don't trust computer voting. You could easily program the machines to calculate a specific outcome of votes so a candidate could win. We should go back to all paper ballots.

The voting rights of US citizens do now, finally, have an ally in the government. It is fighting to protect the validity and integrity of every CITIZEN'S vote. There is absolutely NO reason that everyone/anyone can't obtain a verifiable ID, and be required to show it. NONE!
