I listened to that crap. I thought Noel King did a fairly good job of letting him talk and letting him and others know she thought it was crap. The real argument is racists act like this is "science" and "biology" but the fact is, to use one example, women IQs have been rising.

It was a vanity interview. @npr thought they would crack him and instead he manipulated them. BTW @nytimes he mentioned the bell curve by Charles Murray who is still ghosting around college campuses not some anon polisci. Important to state that in article!

NPR: Interviewed a racist. Apologized in advance for the content of the interview. Still gets crap for it, even from NYT. NYT: Hired a racist and have fervently defended her for over a week now. *brushes off shoulder* "Ain't no thang" 🤔

She’s not a racist. That is getting so boring. Context matters. It helps you not sound like a parrot, for starters.

What do we gain by giving these people a platform? White supremacy is neither new nor interesting, and finding a greater understanding with bigots won’t lead to good faith on their part.

Nothing hurts as much as the #truth. If you can't compete with #arguments then you have nothing left but trying to shout people down by #outrage so their voices cannot be heard anymore. Brave new world.
