If you want only Dem perspective NYT will offer, NYT may print anti-Dem story once to add proper spin but beats it like drum from all angles if it’s anti-Repub. If you want ALL facts, change your bird cage liner & go elsewhere for real information! One sided news sways opinion!

that turn the mandate of Equal Protection of Law on its head, to say nothing of simply being against Public Policy. In this latter regard, what, pray tell, is the "compelling State Interest"- er, simple benefit- to the STATE ITSELF to fashion such business forms eluding taxation?

The most alarming facet of Uber and its brethren (i.e., newly "made up" business forms with unfair competitive advantages/tax treatment via "promulgating laws") is that these "exceptions" could (literally) swallow the market as a proximate result of such legislative "gifts"
