Notice you conveniently left out the fact he was attacked while posting campaign signs in support of Jeff Denham, a republican. Trumps fault right?

Are you ever going to run a story on how many Citizens have been murdered by illegal immigrants or does the collective staff @nytimes not have enough journalistic integrity for that?

Obviously this is Trumps fault. The charge pipe blew in my Bimmer yesterday, I’m sure his tariffs had something to do with that. When in doubt blame Trump.

The race of the attackers isn't mentioned in the article so we can safely conclude they were either Latinos of some sort of African Americans. If they were white, you can be damn sure NYT would tell us.

Haha there was no country here, only countless warring micro-nations. The only reason the Spanish were able to defeat the Aztecs was because their neighbors hated them so much they gave aid and materials to the Spanish just to see them burn. There was no nation till we built it.

There is still no country. It’s United States as it’s name suggests. Ancient Greece was based on “micro-nations” called polis. Jews had no country for centuries.

I agree that in the current year we dont have a country but that wasn't true post civil war up until 1965 or so.

It’s not real nation though... it always been a land of immigrants and that’s the whole point. Immigrant said to another immigrant to go back to his country. It cannot be more ironic.

...so it's cool for us to go back to being a land of warring tribes that a unified foreign power can easily come in and dominate by playing them off of one another? That's the natural state of America you want us to come back to?
