this is anti-women and you know it. A woman has a right to choose whenever and if she has a child.
@WomenMarchPDX comment please -
Of course she does (at least for now)- the premise of the study is WHEN she chooses tends to either cause or reflect a significant socio-economic disparity.

Typical East-Coast-centric blather coming from
@nytimes reporters and summer interns from ivy league schools. Lots of pretty data but nothing about the reproductive racial divide. WOC have worse pre-natal care and a harder road to success as parents.

Could be the "smart" women simply use a more aggressive birth control and are surely more selfish
-
How are we more selfish?
-
You aren't. In reality, it's less selfish to wait until you are really ready, because then you can really take good care of your children. They are just trying to make the ones that have babies earlier look better, as though they weren't coerced into it by the religious right.

If women are free to choose different lifestyles that align with their own personal values and it leads to larger variations in average income, how is that “inequality”? Is this the new vernacular for people that aren’t properly adhering to a political identity?
-
The progressives don't want equal opportunity, they want equal outcome. Where no matter how much or little effort you put in, you get the same results. Hundreds of millions of deaths as a case study can't change their minds.
