All should be offended if true. The difference between republicans and Democrats is we don’t care if the abuser is rep or Dem. Abuse is abuse. Republicans make excuses or say fake news. And I truly believe most white evangelicals don’t think it’s possible to abuse lowly women.

Truth! Republicans love stories like this, to go "gotcha !" - as though liberals think domestic violence is a partisan issue, or that Republicans being guilty means we let "our" politicians get a pass. We (generally) don't. This guy should be brought to justice like anyone else.

Because women don’t assault or because you want more tokens in office? How about the person most qualified for the position?

because women are underrepresented and equally qualified.

So when you vote you look to see if they are women first and their politics second? The people that virtue signal under these articles almost have to be satire accounts😂

Not a satire account. Also, I never said women first, politics second. I’m saying that there is 1) underrepresentation of women in politics 2) equal qualification between women and men, ergo 3) the most qualified people available will be women.

The difference between Ds and Rs is that Ds won’t rush to defend him as their R counterparts would. In fact, most Ds will condemn him just as swiftly as their R counterparts will. That’s the more telling story. But what does it matter when domestic violence can be politicized?

Looks like that brings the score to Republicans infinity to Democrats twenty, with only 9 billions years remaining in the period.
