        Common sense is subjective. What for you totally unreasonable for an other is morally justified. What makes your point of view better than mine. That's why we have law. I thought everyone knew that by now

        By that logic isn't law just as subjective? What's right by it's standards would be completely unreasonable to majority of people. What makes laws that were set into motion by people in government buildings right? That's why we have common sense. I thght everyone knew that by now

        You are taking semantics. Common sense is subjective. That's why we use law to regulate our everyday live. If you are not agreeing with a specific law, you can petition to improve it. Is that wrong?

        The fact is the legal system makes it nearly impossible to bring about change. Take that however you like, comments are subjective as well. I was simply commenting on the fact that a woman could spend 5 years in jail for protecting herself and her children is an injustice to all.
