Proof that courts are not impartial. Judges are human, each has his/her own prejudices, predispositions, perspectives, subjectivities. This is a travesty of justice. Trusting that she'll receive a more objective judge in her appeal hearing.

Against women and against independentists spanish justice is tough and totally unfair. Sapin has medieval judges, odd fascista laws and calls itself a democracy. Still, Spain frees rapists and jails elected politicians and moms.

The judiciary system in Spain does'nt work because of a sistematically biased interpretation of the law according to the francoist viewpoints of many judges which are sons or grand sons of judges under Franco's dictatorship. So is it.

There are many exceptions which unfortunately are not enough to compensate for the strong burden of the far right majority. This is particularly true at the high level of the judiciary.

My wife hid my children from me. Made me out to be the baddest most rotten person ever. Really tragic story and over the long run well her lies caught up with her. Adult children are capable of knowing who the real monster is.but all those missed years very painful.

What about those who kidnapped the children of immigrants coming into the country and then destroyed the records of their whereabouts? Will they get prison sentences too?
