For many women, particularly those involved in cycling, the "podium girls" routine at the Tour de France seems out of touch, if not offensive, in the 21st centuryhttps://nyti.ms/2OoOexx

Anyone with a modern sense of gender roles. Don't know if you knew this but women are good for more than looking pretty.

These women who find it an honor and privilege to represent there city, town and country in front of a world wide stage, should not be questioned, it was their choice. I respect that and so should everyone else.

Oh, FFS. Can’t you leave anything alone? Yes, some women can be CEOs. And, some women are podium girls. Some men are CEOs. And, some men dance at Chippendales. So what?

isn't sexual liberation about not telling women what to do? the women in question are most likely looking to make a career in glamour/fashion modelling and see this as a good step forward. they are not forced to take on these roles. #OutrageBrigade

Hopefully, this news will be the cause of many heart attacks and burst blood vessels in the "Why can't they just leave things alone!?" community (see slavery, equal pay, votes for women, bear baiting, child labor laws...).pic.twitter.com/RZIYAFFHb8

If they like their job just like f1 grid girls did what's the problem, why are liberals policing others life, that's the opposite of liberalism 🤷🏻‍♂️

You mean to say women can ride bikes too? What sort of witchcraft is that? In all seriousness, I agree, time to retire that nonsense.
