I once went to a temp job overnight. We had no clean bedding and 2 patients were restrained in a geri chair with sheets. Nursing homes are broken unless you are rich.Staff is overworked and underpaid. Pay CNA' s More or take care of your fucking family member!

Many “assisted living” facilities aren’t much better but Medicaid accepted nursing homes are horrid! They hire kids at minimum wages who don’t want to be there.

I think that this article and these stats are pretty misleading. I think that a high level of quality care speaks more volume than the amount of workers in a care home. #nursinghomes #MondayMotivation

This article depicts nursing homes in such a negative light. Why don't we focus on ways to increase staffing? Millions of Americans rely on nursing homes! #MondayMotivation

Nursing Homes are bad. Have been bad for over 50 years. They get away with bad care & filth due to the lack of family or/and Family lack of caring. Good homes are hard to find or have waiting list years long

They are not all bad and do the best with the resources they have. Instead of focusing on the negative aspects with should look at the results and look to improve what needs to be fixed. #MondayThoughts

These ratings will continue to decline as baby boomers age. We have a very large generation living longer than before. It’s not a sustainable model to rely on (barely above)entry level workers to carry the burden.
