How else is Betsy Devos going to buy her 11th yacht? For-profit college fraud is how she makes her money 😏

She doesn’t even bother to hide corruption to enrich the businesses her family owns at the expense of people trying to better their own lives. Rich stealing from the poor in Swampland.

This woman is systematically eliminating every protection for students & any consequence for predatory lenders/“schools,” keeping the cash pipeline running smoothly. Yeah, we’re getting some education, aren’t we?

It's even worse than the headline suggests. DeVos wants defrauded students to submit to drug testing and provide performance evaluations, in addition to making the students provide legal proof that the "Trump Universities" had intent to defraud them (nearly an impossibility)

Once again DeVos shows her pay for play tendencies. Whatever she can do to help for profit colleges she will do. She makes money based on that. Given enough time she will probably reverse the Trump Univ. ruling and return the money to the Donald.

Eliminating the regulations that forced for-profit colleges to prove they provide students gainful employment would be a fitting memorial for the now-deceased Trump University. Unfortunately. 😞

Sec DeVos is rewarding her cronies in the private colleges, thwarting efforts started during the Obama administration to stop fraud and predatory practices. Those who are intimately connected with the industry (including yours truly) understand the extent of this outrage.

This should be done for ALL universities and ALL degrees. This shouldn’t be required of just “for-profit” Colleges. ALL colleges and Universities are “for-profit”.

I dunno. It's an expensive, privately-owned behemoth that doesn't let in poor people, so Betsy is likely to take really good care of it.
