We sat down with a few conservative teens who attended this week's Turning Point USA conference to hear what it’s like for them to be red in schools they say are overwhelmingly bluehttps://nyti.ms/2LA9MsF

Subscriber here. I don't care to hear how 'hard' it is to be a young person who believes the rich should get tax breaks, health care is only for landed gentry, and asylum seekers should be left to die rather than become rightful Americans. Stop giving jerks a voice.

Can we please just have some stories on the tens of millions of everyday Americans who are taking anxiety medication to watch the freaking news.

Or deeper dives into the lies and falsehoods that we are fed everyday? Or a serious consideration of why our best hope for health care in America is a gofundme post on Facebook? We have real problems. We need real journalism.

Maybe next you could sit down with some little kids who were separated from their parents and tossed into detention, ask them what that’s like. Or some kids in Puerto Rico who didn’t have electricity for a year thanks to Trump’s indifference. I bet they have some stories.
