I'm always a bit suspicious when strong young women who #Resist Putin die in such circumstances. I am sorry for her loss to her family and friends. She accomplished much while she was here. Others will continue what she started. RIP

It’s sad when someone so young and full of purpose dies prematurely. Her life, however, was not a waste. That’s more than most people can say.

A brave young person who lived a life of ideals, principles and activism. An inspiration to many. It's not how long you lived but how you lived. Her life made a difference.

Someone like this doesn’t commit suicide. The empathy and compassion exhibited by her show a mental state of giving, that doesn’t allow the brain space for suicidal thoughts, and are reason enough to look at this more as a homicide.

really fucked up what happened to her. To be kidnapped by Putin's puppet in Belerus & to be beaten naked out in a woods & to be threatened to be burnt alive with oil. That abuse will take a toil on anyone's mental health...

She could have a real family. She used to be a very religious Christian young girl, but Capitalism made her feminist, she insulted Christian symbols. Eventually she wrote to her buddies and sponsors, I guess, "u r fakes" and commited suicide.. Terrible tragedy, we shld lrn.🌷🌷

Yes, we should learn that Putin is having anyone who opposes him and his #authoritarian regime killed. We should learn so that we can stop him from implementing the same regime in the #USA. #PutinsPuppet

Both of these comments are filled with ignorance. America will never be authoritarian and capitalism has never caused crazy people to kill themselves. Smh

Never? We’ve gone from being a full democracy to a flawed democracy in just a couple of years. It’s absolute ignorance to say full authoritarianism can’t happen here. It already is. https://www.eiu.com/public/topical_report.aspx?campaignid=DemocracyIndex2016 …

We’ve never been a full democracy, we are a constitutional republic and that hasn’t nor will that change. The whole “the sky is falling” routine is laughable.

My god you people ignorant. We are a democratic constitutional republic, which is a form of democracy. And, yes, this could be undone. We’re not immune from what has happened elsewhere in the world. We’re not special. Wake up.
