        Maybe, and this is just a thought, we stop making every large flat surface black. Roofs and roads don’t have to be made of tar. This won’t fix everything (no even close) but it will help, and that’s less stuff made from tar...double bonus.

        I can't understand: Are heatwaves just hot temperatures of +30 degrees Celsius or hot air moving in one direction? Can heatwaves affect Africans the same way as Americans or the Japenese due to environmental adaptation?

        Heat waves are definitely temperatures of + 30 degree Celsius , this also affects the trade winds, as you were trying to describe, and No, the effects of heat waves in different continents varies, I believe most fair people do not have the strong melanin to sustain them

        Why not invest in "domed'" cities? The pollution could be filtered out, the heat could be minimized, and dangerous UV rays could be blocked out.
