"OMG why won't they just find a cure and stop wasting money???" You don't really get how the scientific process works do you?

Why don’t you ask Amy Berger aka @TuitNutrition for a comment? She is an author of amazing book about Alzheimer’s disease.

I lost my Mom to Alzheimer’s in 2013, she’d just turned 70 and was otherwise in very good healthy. This disease is a heartbreaking nightmare for patients and their families! They need to keep trying to find a cure b/c no one deserves to die like that!

The're going about this all wrong. They should: 1) Offer to pay them, pay them well. 2) Send a Limo to pick them up and take them home. 3) If selected, pay them better. 4) Pay relatives to accompany them and cover expenses. They'll get all they need and it'll be cheaper.

Obviously you have never lost a loved one to Alzheimer’s. I watched my sweet, smart, wonderful Mom die for 2 1/2 years! It is a horrible, vicious, heartbreaking disease that puts the patient and their families through hell!

I can empathize with those afflicted with Alzheimer’s, being a potential victim of it. My remark was a sarcastic slight on some of the treatment given.
