        Overall radioactivity levels didn't change - levels of Cs-137 went up slightly. Still lower than 25 years ago, when bomb-testing traces were higher. To find that result, they had to boil the wine down and cook it to ash. After which it was undrinkable, even for Americans. 😄

        Not at all. French wines are also imprint since the 50's. Thats actually how we can tell if a wine is older than 50 or not, by measuring the radoactivity level in it..armless however. Doesnt stop people buying wine from France ever since so why would they stop buying californian?

        From the study: "It seems there is an increase in activity in 2011 by a factor of 2". Basically, radioactivity isn't even a slight health concern when drinking wine. There's something else in wine and common beverages that does way more damage though...
