Montenegro, please disregard our soon to be ex-President’s words. For he is just a useful idiot for Russia.

Or because Putin tried to assassinate their Prime Minister and overthrow their government. Either or.

Just the name of the country was enough to spur trump's ire.

Looks great! I had a Mostar, Split, Dubrovnik driving trip planned, and now I’m adding Podgorica and Herceg Novi. Sorry about the misspell - Montenegro.

We traveled about the same as you. We did a few towns in Slovenia too. My grandparents all came from Croatia. Visited there too. I want to return again soon.

Lot of history there. The drive from Plitvička to Rovinj is very sobering. And the hill towns are a blast. You can’t beat a car.

The fall out from Trump’s foolish, incompetent, reign is visible, roguish leaders exploiting the confusion, using Trump’s umbrella, like Netanhayu fomenting “apartheid” in Israel, sowing EU discord, Putin expanding his power and China quietly furthering their territorial might!

Trump would not have heard of Montenegro before the summit. Strange it's mentioned now. It's not like Putin tried to have their Prime Minister assassinated and overthrow it's government or anything.
